Beard oil + Beard Balm
Pair a beard oil with a beard balm for a fantastic holiday gift! We recommend pairing one scented with one unscented.
Our beard oils are comprised of celebrated Ayurvedic herbs to strengthen, soften, and protect your beard. The beard oil blends hydrate the skin beneath your beard, and nourish the hair at its root, resulting in a soft, manageable, and attractive beard.
All our blends are named after mountains, to help you get in touch with your inner sense of wild serenity.
Matterhorn Blend: This blend is unscented and neutral- just like the Swiss- where Mt. Matterhorn is located.
Ben Nevis Blend: This aromatic and uplifting blend of cedarwood, amyris, benzoin, and clary sage is an ode to the Scottish highlands, where Mt. Ben Nevis stands tall.
Wutai Blend: Wutaishan is the site of many sacred Buddhist monasteries in China, and holds special spiritual significance. This blend contains coriander, sage, and birch essential oils, three oils that are historically celebrated for their ability to assist in maintaining natural hair color. We think of it as increasing one's longevity and timelessness.
Katahdin Blend: One of our best selling blends, Katahdin is a mixture of cedarwood, neroli, and patchouli, mimicking the sweet, damp earth of the misty forests overlooking the North Atlantic Ocean. Mount Katahdin, or "the greatest mountain" stands tall, smack dab in the center of Maine, announcing itself as the northern terminus of the Appalachian Trail. Ascend to new heights with our "greatest" beard oil blend.
Chirripo Blend: Mount Chirripo- "the land of eternal waters" is the tallest mountain in Costa Rica, famous for its rich ecology and many surrounding lakes and rivers. Our Chirripo blend is a rich and spicy blend of ginger and nutmeg, paired with a twist of grapefruit to hit the top notes.
Shuksan Blend: Some of the best peppermint in the world grows in the Cascade mountains of America's Pacific Northwest, and the Shuksan blend is just that- minty. We've blended it with sage and black pepper to give a balanced, grounded edge to that minty-freshness. Mt. Shuksan is the only major mountain in Washington State to have kept its native name, meaning 'Roaring Mountain".
